I am in need of someone that can cut or machine down the horn on my BOV. Its rubbing on my air splitter I installed and I need to take off about 1/4" to 1/2" off the horn. I tried it myself and all I can say it wasnt pretty......you should see the other side of it.

so if anyone could help me out that would be great.

Thanks

heres a pic of it

Dont use a fibre disk, thats all i have to say. The aluminum bites into the fibres and doesnt make a pretty cut.

If you have a table saw they make a special metal blade for cutting aluminum.

Hey dude, if you need a table saw, you could always use mine, though you would have to pick up the blade.... I know its not a good option, but the offer is out there....

lol, even though you drive a subaru.... haha j/k

if its just aluminum a good wood blade will make a clean cut, and for how much your cutting wont do anything noticable to the blade.

even a dremel would work.
