My back/arm stuff is still hindered by my tennis elbow. I want to put up more weight but it aggravates the shit out of my elbows.

Almost debating not doing back for a bit and concentrating on arms/forearms. I've read that you can have tennis-elbow esque pain because your grip strength, forearm strength, and arm strength is lacking.

That would be neat because I haven't done shoulders since November because of a shoulder impingment. Would be reaaaaaaaaaaally nice to work on shoulders again.

Just spent 10 days at the lake. Every single beverage consumed was alcoholic in some way or another. Breakfast was coffee with baileys. Lunch was gatorade with vodka. Dinner was coke and rum and beer. I guess I had a mouthful of water while brushing my teeth. lol.

And I ate like garbage. Giant bags of chips. Hotdogs. Pizza for lunch every single day. Donuts.

God it was great. And I got an epic tan too. (Didn't take a solid shit for a week, though, as the only downside)

I don't own a scale, and I'm glad for that. haha.

I have 2 more trips coming up. I'll probably be 6 weeks off from the gym in total. Oh well. Sometimes a break is a good thing... Perhaps I'll be able to break some plateau's when I return.
