    I've had several great workouts this week... Started using an EZ curl bar instead of a straight barbell. That's nice. Started doing more cable work. Seated cable rows are awesome. Way better than bent over rowing. And cable tricep extensions. Way better on my wrists than barbell extensions. What else... Killed it on the squat rack last night. Went skiing all weekend. Did deadlifts first. And still had plenty of stamina for squats. Might be time to try pre-injury weights for squat.
