Default If you need inexpensive, brand name FIA race seats...

So, inline with the HANS device sales...

Murray Motorsports is apparently having a week long Cyber Monday sale on fibreglass FIA seats. I'm not even going to bother posting individual seats, most of them are on sale, and it looks like $350USD shipped for a winged Sparco seat:

Go nuts! The cheapest fibreglass FIA seat in the US is the Momo Start (afaik) from SafeRacer @ $450USD with free shipping (Bimarco's from Poland are around $350USD after shipping, dunno if anyone stocks them in the US). It's a fine seat, I own one, but these are some good deals for some great seats. Hope this helps some more potential competitors I am not affiliated in anyway with these guys, I'm just sharing the stuff I stumble across on the interwebs!

That sparco sprint is what I use. Pretty good seat for the price, and it's semi fat guy friendly. It's guaranteed to look like ass after a few years though.

Keep in mind that the Sparco Sprint is fia rated, but built with a steel tube frame.

In ice/road racing, that might not be a deal breaker. In rallying, they aren't recommended because it's a good way to get a solid steel tube in the tailbone when you land off a huge jump like this:

Just a headsup. It's a great deal for sure! And you guys don't sit in your cars for 12+ hours in a day I suppose

I have sprints in my street car. It's a good seat for the price, but certainly not as nice as the seats with a shell.

Just ordered one for the spec miata, unless I'm going to get nailed with duties that price is unbeatable.
