Probably 6% duty, as it should be "car parts".

Wondering if anybody has any comments on this?

My order for my Alpinestar suit was delayed, but I knew this going in. Murray Motorsports has been very responsive (less than 24 hours) each time I have emailed them (twice now). Have you guys received your stuff? Was there any issues?

The fact is, suppliers in Alberta can work with Murray Motorsports to bring equipment in and charge 10% on top of it and make some cash with little hassle. While I love suggesting shopping local, I do not appreciate price gouging. I'd like to make sure though that Murray has been treating everyone well before I recommend them further

I've been putting together a Murray order, but haven't pulled the trigger yet. I feel the same way as you about shopping locally, but unfortunately even with our crappy CAD it's still much cheaper to import from Europe or the States. Shawn at Rallysport.ca seems to be one of the very few Canadian retailers who has a reasonable online shopping presence, but the prices are still too high. It's $750 for a fire system here and $338 USD ($482 CAD) for the same system from Murray.

My seat came in, brokerage fees or whatever was 40$ so grand total was 340 shipped IIRC lol

Definitely ordering via this guy/site again.

My seat also came in a timely manner with reasonable duties as well. Don't remember the final damage but it was super cheap. I'll definitely use Murray again.
