Default HELP Odd wheel "Whistle" sound

First off, Hi. Sorry if this is in the wrong thread.
second off, I drive a 2005 subaru STI

the issue is, While moving i hear a whistle from my tires (or brakes/rotors maybe ???). it doesn't get louder, only faster. Braking does not effect the noise. Again, only hear it while moving.

    any ideas??

    Wheel bearing?
