I hit a bird about 120 kmph in my rally car on a stage, smeared it right across the rad. Car ran real hot after that, until we scraped it off with a ice scraper.

I also came within about 10 feet of hitting a bunch of wild horses on a stage once. Managed to slow the car down enough, and slide down into the ditch, around the horses, and back up onto the road, without hitting any of them.

Let me tell you, THAT gets your adrenaline going.........
