17x7 Steelies - Click HERE for Original Thread

NelDog
I have a set of Michelin Pilot Winter tires, and need 17x7 steelies for my '02 SVT Focus. Does anyone know where/if I can get them? I've been calling around but no luck thus far. If they don't exist, anyone know where I can get a cheap set of 17x7's? Thanks all in advance.

they do exist, but im not sure where.. a girl i know has a tibby with 17X7 steelies for her winter rims

Why do they need to be 17's? Have you increased the size of your brakes that much? Most often you can get by with 16's, or even 15's.

I need them to be 17x7 because this past Feb when I got my SVT Focus I got a set of tires that fit my stock 17x7 rims. So rather than buying new tires and rims, I'm just gonna buy a new set of rims and throw my tires on them. BTW my tires/rims are stock 17x7 and yes my brakes are that big B) prophet_ca if it's not too much trouble, could you find out where your friend got the steelies, thanks

You should be able to get steel there is options for most european cars, so there should be a option for yours. I have seen winter rim specials in 17 inch size

Bump due to my sliding like crazy in residential areas, where it feels like I'm figure skating with my car...my summer tires don't really help :tear:

Put your winter tires on your stock rims. Then you'll look cool like me year round. My rims still look like new, just wash em once a week.
