Yeah, I can carry on a normal conversation before working out; I do notice that after working out, though, I'm just full of energy and talk faster :blink:

Sometimes I feel a natural high after I work out. I can feel the blood pumping in my head and shit... Kinda like a light buzz after drinking.
Scint.. I think you got problems.. can't cary a conversation? Maybe you should check yourself into an ER next time. :o |
