Id recommend Dollar Tire in the west end here. They're good guys and pretty cheap tires. I havent checked out they're winter selection but check out the website.

I had crappy tire Nordic Tracks on the Tracker last year and they did the job quite well.

Keep in mind though that the $39.95 is for like 135/60/12's. Something for your car will more likely be in the $80+ range.

Im not familiar with those kind of tires, whats unique? I can look for them.
do you have any other info on them?

xera
They're made in Finland, available with or without studs.

What's unique? Hmm... can't really say.. other than the fact that they're a little more expensive, they make good tires. I've got Nokians on my mtb and love them, figure they make good automotive tires too.

What else is everyone running for winter tires? They'll be going on a Celica.. (can't afford a beater).

I heard Costco sells tires pretty cheap, I Dont know what they all have for brands, but they probobly will be able to get them in for you if you ask.

I've got them on my Spec V and they are the best winter tire I've ever had. Mine don't have the studs but hold like glue that's for sure.

Talk to Todd at Tireware House on 99st. 437-4555

I've got the Nokian's on my car right now. They are great winter tires, lots of grip. Got mine at Kal-tire. I got the Q's ie. studless.
