| Is it safe to spray paint my lowering springs with caliper paint as some part is chipping? |

| It likley depends on what you are planning to do to prep them.. I would be inclined to say yes. but I am not sure how the paint will react when the springs flex |

| probably not.. but if you do make sure you do it somewhere warm then it wont cause such a mess.. how bad is the chipping??? |

I dont see there being a safety issue here...
However i dont think the paint will flex enough... mind you if its on th bottom of the spring, or something that doesnt flex much.. you should have no problems whatsoever

first if you are goign to do this make sure that you mask off everything else.
if you are going to paint springs I would recommend using a urethane paint with a high flex rating, urethanes are closer to a plastic then a paint so they don't chip as easily. |

What about a rubberized paint? (similar to an undercoating aerosol)
3M has a huge variety of these types of paints. You may want to look into a marine paint as well. They tend to be very durable. |
