ya, i agree with that, and in my own defence, i was rear ended this summer, and probably could have sued (sp?) the people who hit me, but they were really good about the whole thing so i didnt want to, they payed for my car and that was the end of it.
and while were on that note, NEVER rear end a J-body, its not cheap. Seeing as how GM puts crappy parts on them, that for some reason are stupidly expensive. |

I knew this girl that got her 4-door cavalier taken for a joy ride as a joke. then the moron driving backed into a tree really hard behind downtown KFC and caused over $6000 in damage. OUCH! :thumbsdown: |

ya when i got hit, i was rear ended by a mini truck doin about 40 or 50km/h, pushed into the guy infront of me. The front bumper and hood only had to be buffed and repainted cuz they were scratched pretty bad, but the trunk wouldnt close properly and more and the back bumper was f@cked pretty good. Either way it cost 3000$ and a week without my car :( |

I agree completely, let's not give the insurance companies any more reasons (or excuses) to jack the rates any further. Take what is deserved (damage for the car, time off of work, medical bills, etc...) and be happy. There are getting to be far too many people who see insurance claims as a quick cash solution, and that hurts everyone. |

| i have 1000 comp and 1000 collision and 1,000,000 plpd and i pay 4900/year with a clean record. like :wtf: NOT FAIR AT ALL. lower insurance would be nice. i paid 2900 with no collision or comp and that wasnt fair. i also have drivers training. |

| thats it, i got all of you beat. last summer i was paying $508/month :thumbsdown: with two cars one insured to park. thats with everything though, plus im 18 with a brand new car. but that should change this summer i should be paying around $340/month for both cars. so none of you have anything to cry about im the one getting robbed here. |
