SpecV_Ryder2
I have heard about this company and they are based in Sheerwood Park. I have heard them over the radio many times and I decided to check them out and I got quoted from them $1173 a year.. B)

now this company does not go through brokers, but deal directly with them.

now with that quote, that's with 1 ticket and 2 not at fault accident, 25yrs, 6yrs driving...

so for you guys that have trouble insuring your precious ride, I suggest you give them a call or check their website www.directinsure.com

Ask for Larry...

I've heard of these guys, but I can't get with them because I haven't been an insured driver for 6 years - I have to wait 2 years until I'm 23 :tear:

last year they said they wouldn't insure me because i'm too young, i was 21.
said they wern't insuring young drivers anymore.

i did the quote on their website and it was a low rate at the time for me, but i found even cheaper insurance with a broker.

my friend used millenuim insurance and he liked them.

Millenium sucks dank, our whole family was insured there and when my brothers car was stolen he put in a theft claim. They turned around and said "Screw you guys" and dropped our whole family.

This isnt the first bad thing I have heard.

My buddy's parents where insured there as well. When his mom got in an accident they told his dad that in order for him to continue to have his insurance with them he would have to divorce his wife.

Last but not least, one other friend I know had his vehicle ran into, the person that hit him took off, he filed a police report. When the report made its way back to his insurance company they called him and left a message on his phone saying that that night at 12 o'clock he was no longer insured with them, due to "Various reasons"....possibly avoiding a claim.

These are all things I have heard about that place...but you never know until you experience it for yourself.

I was with them and had a few issues. Now with Meloche Monnex. I would recommend Meloche over Millenium. :)

Every insurance company has policies like that - if you get x number of claims in a set period of time (fault or no fault) they drop you.

I'm getting more and more pissed off with my company every day. They just can't get their f@cking shit together. They were so far behind on paperwork that they didn't catch their fuckup and tried to charge me 4 months back insurance on a vehicle that has been parked since August. Basically even if they do get this figured out and give me some sort of "refund" I'm still out at least $300, although the shit they just sent me in the mail has a vehicle I sold last year still on the insurance. WHAT THE f@ck! I swear to f@cking god they are retarded. Usually I'm a really level headed person, but this charging me triple my insurance for the past couple months now means that I don't have enough cash to cover my tuition for school.

I'm going to call them again tomorrow, if they don't get this shit straightened out quick I'm going to be dropping them damn fast. The stupid thing is that they don't know how to treat their good customers. I've never missed a payment, I've insured quite a few vehicles through them, no accidents, no claims, etc. I'm the dream customer, one that just keeps paying in and never taking out, yet they feel the need to f@ck me over. When I ask to speak with the person that f@cked up, "oh they no longer work here anymore, we had problems with their consistency." AND YOU DON'T THINK THAT MAYBE THAT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THIS FUCKUP ON MY INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!! GAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:thefinger: Landmark Insurance brokers, :thefinger: Peace Hills Insurance, you all suck fat moose balls!

I'm currently with them. When I first started a policy with them, I was saving over $400 / year compared to my old insurance co.

After my accident, I'm paying 3 times what I was paying before. I guess getting raped on my rates from now on is to be expected. :(

I started with ING Western Union, my mom has been with them forever, I wasnt saving anything cuz I was a new driver, no big deal I shop around and find
Mike Brandingen with Allstate in WEM. They re moving offices soon but still great guys, good rates, very fair. Some of you guys should call and get some quotes or see if he can help you out at all. 448-0233. Say Ken from Westgate Chev referred you. Worth a quick call.

SpecV_Ryder2
every insurance differs...you can have a good drving record and still managed to screw people over :wtf: ...the best way I guess is to shop around..and since this is about insurance thread, why not all you guys post or at least rate which insurance company has the best to least rate?..

You should try the guy i mentioned. he's super nice and totally honest. he'll tell you why its high if it is, and see if he can do anything about it. Worth a simple phone call if you ask me, just a quote.

WeDgE
