Well, the date has come, and all the votes were looked at, and we now have a webpage for the NECC.

I will look at buying that domain name within the next couple of days.

Hey fellow NECC members,
I know it all depends on requirements and expected traffic, but I'm willing to host it on my Linux server with a Telus Home ADSL connection.
I know it's not fast enough for high traffic and all... but we'll see. Also, I have plans for bandwidth in the works.
My server has MySQL, PHP, Apache, Perl, cgi, and some other stuff.
I guess it depends on the tradeoffs for high availability and high speed versus cheap, ultimately flexible, and like 4 gigs of available space.
Right now I'm at http://142.179.247.94/Altima/
But with virtual hosts it's a simple matter of getting the DNS to point to my IP and redirecting www.n-e-c-c.com to the NECC site.
What do u guys think? Should I create a poll thread for this? |

Definately go with Interspots. All my sites have ben with them... super fast lines and the latest equipment. Drew's brother Mike knows his shit too.
