| Ok I've been thinking og getting a new car. Well the choice are G35 Coupe or 2004 TL 6 spped. I love the 35 but pricey and the New TL is so sweat....i know you guy will hate me cause i am trading camp....but the car is sweet. But to do that I must scarified my 240....don't want to. Or should I to S15 Conversion....how much would that cost? |

Just buy a used 350z in the spring time it will be fast than tose 2 cars and will probably be down to $40 000. Just my opinion. |

Hmmm... G35 sedan vs. TL would be a tough decision... both around the same price (low-40s), similar hp (260 vs. 270), options etc. But the G35 gets the nod for RWD, TL gets the nod for styling (sedan vs. sedan).
(I know you said coupe, but the G35 sedan is the more direct competitor to the new TL.) |

| Not everybody has a long term focus. Both G35 and TL are great cars. I prefer rear wheel drive and wouldn't buy a TL unless it was a Dynamic. What are your mortgage payments like? |

those are also two VERY different cars you are looking at...what do you want from it? will you have kids and whatnot to require four doors and a backseat all the time?
the only thing i didnt like about the coupes and g35's in general is the guage cluster, it looks like it came out of a $20,000 car not a 45+ car...also the vibration that you get through the transmission is a little unsettling until you get used to it.
other than that i was going to get one but i ended up with an IS300 instead. |

Ok here are my thoughts on this whole deal
a. you have to much money at such a young age :blink:
b. can I have some money :P
c. honstley though I would stick with a Nissan product, either you dump all the cash into your conversion or grab the G35. I would have a hard time changing dealerships, man if I were you I get a 350Z instead and mod it up.

i have no mortgage... i am young and have a good carreer so it's time to relax...haha...btw the back seat is for me! You know what i mean! I really like the TL Dynamic....welll i am putting some serious though tinto this cause i love the 240!
