Approx. 117 minutes (less than 2 hours) on its life timer. I've owned it for 1.5 weeks.
It is in MINT condition. Only thing it won't come with is the plastic film that protects the screen, it came off in my pocket and the lint ruined it.

no this phone is a GSM phone and will only work with companies that provide GSM coverage.

In Canada that would be Rogers & Fido.
I believe Sprint, AT&T and a few others in the USA provide GSM.
