I think it is a shark!!!! the top fin is too pointy and the nose looks too long and pointy.....maybe it's just me?

| I've seen that surfer one debated on SO many forums before. Every time it was determined to be a dolphin. |

| The shark has a vertical caudal fin, while the dolphin has a horizontal tail fins....hence its a dolphin. |

Whatever, it doesn't really matter. I do know that dolphins like to "surf" in the waves with surfers quite often.
