| I don't think having the meeting there would be good because some people won't want to spend the money to go plus it doesn't last very long.We can just go on Sat. then if people can't go on either thurs or fri.So whatever we can also postpone this until after the meeting too. |

Just think of it as a meeting before the meeting. We'll all race and shoot the shit after. And then we can have a little meeting. Then meet again on Sunday. Saturday will be like a day to let off steam. lol.

Since some people can't go on Friday due to work and others aren't liking the idea of going on thursday we will make it Saturday the 3rd.
