| With this heat the way it is.... I am always on the verge of passing out... I was just wondering how to stay cool. Any ideas?? |

Open the windows to ur house, use a fan, go in the basement, wear loose/light clothing, stay in the shade.
If u go out, wear sunscreen.....and we should all be drinking LOTS of water. Normal is 8 glasses a day, but w/ the heat out and us sweating it should be way more....i'd say 12 glasses.

Water! Also avoid things like coffee which sucks the fluids out of your system.

I do not drink coffee, or alcohol, so I am safe there too.

It is so hot right now, my damned computer is overheating. No kidding. CPU is currently at 65C. I gotta shut it down before it melts.
