How much coin have you dropped on your current ride(s).

Don't include actual purchase price of your vehicle or maintenance costs.

Actual money spent on actual mods ( rims, n2o, stereo, turbos, stickers  ).

My previous vehicle.. 10k give or take a few...

I'm only in the $1000-$3000 range right now. You can't tell since most of the parts are sitting in my closet right now. By this time next year I will probably be in the $10,000 + range.

Im around the 10 mark give or take. New motor, tranny, susp all around, new front end, stereo, video equip, new rad, upgraded to twin low-profile cooling fans, lots of upgrading little shit. Yes its a Chevy too. Unfortunately lots more to do.

Forgot seats, console, rims, and others i cant remember right now

I have spent over 10g on my Cavalier (sad, I know)

The big ticket items are:

Supercharger - $5000
Header/cat/catback - $1100
Stg 3 Clutch/alum flywheel - $1200
B&G Coilovers - $1400
18" wheels/tires - $2200
Carbon fiber hood - $1200
WW Spoiler - $600
Racing seats - $800

Then there are all the little things:
Eibach front and rear sway bars
Front and rear strut tower bars
New motor mounts
Larger trottle body
Custom intake for supercharger
Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
Aluminum crank pulley
2 smaller aluminum pulleys for s/c
B&M short shifter
Triple gauge pod and gauges

And probably a few other small things I'm missing... Damn, if I add in the cost of buying my car new (which I did) I could have bought a nice new 3 series by now. :( And I've only had the car for a year and a half.

I don't like this thread.

Damn!! 6 votes for $10,000 + so far. Very impressive boyz.

I "currently" fall in the 7 - 10 category, but after summer, I should edge closer to the magical number! :fingersx:

Hahaha, It doesnt seem like were all very proud of this "achievement". :p

:wavey:

You should have put still another category in there ;)

WookeysRX7
I'm at about $4900. into my car. Thats without the mods that came with the car. I hate having no money for my car..... MUST GET MORE MONEY!

Maybe its just me but I dont think posting you car, all the mods and what its worth on the internet is such a good idea, for obvious reason.
However I think I can safley post the one mod I have made to my winter beater nissan pickup truck. It has a JDM supra twin turbo alt/water pump belt (why is a long story). The body has also been lightened due to all the rusted out metal.

hearse
I'm in the first category but I'd do anything to have enough money to get into the last category.

hmmm anyone want to sponsor me?

Lll_J
10k, easy, well over actually. Not that all the money spent was money well spent, somethings ended up being changed, with maintenace etc its pretty easy.

If you add on tools, bring that total up to about 20k.

Just shows how much money you go through if your just blowing money away everyday on junk. If you put it all in your car, at least you have something to show for it! :)

Anways,

Hey spike, got any pics on the net of your truck? You hang out at FSC?

When you spend that much money, you can tell by just looking at the car. Plus, it'd be silly to park in unsecured lots or outdoors at home when putting down that kind of money.

Darkrid3r
I have only spent about 3500 bucks,

Tail lights and stereo so far.

Oh, I changed my backup lights as well, and seat covers.
