| Ever since i got a new harddrive, i don't know what the hell is different with it, but I can't view any pages with javascript. I've tried installing JVM and all that other crap and it SAYS it installed, but if i look at explorer, there still isn't that little tab saying to enable javascript. So basically, if i go to a page that needs a specific log in, it just sorta closes the window on me. WHYYYYYY |

| that happened to me when i downloaded some java stuff for school, i had to go into internet options then advanced in internet explorer and click the use java box |

you could also try getting the JVM from here
if you could give a little more info it would be helpful as well
such as operating system, and what not |

| hahha. nope. no eo at work. since i got a different computer. other comps can still get on...but this one is slightly different. windows 2000 OS used to be a dell format install i think, but then we formatted the harddrive i THINK....i dunno because i'm not the one who did it. one day the comp just appeared. haha. |

I thought MS removed the JVM from their website...

they had removed it in XP in favor of there own in house version that was craptacular, AFAIK they were still carrying it for 2k and now have a semi decent version for XP, for myself I grabbed the version from sunmicro instead |

That is what im running too.. but you shouldnt need it for javascript..
