| I want to find out where in the city I could find those huge exercise balls that many ppl are using nowadays. They're the ones you find in gyms and can be used around the house in place of a chair. I hear they can cost upwards of $40 so if any of you currently use one and recommends it, tell me where I can pick one up...for a good price of course :D |

Keep in mind the quality of the ball, you want to check out the antiburst weight of the ball. If you're doing core/trunk stability exercises, then look at the basic balls available, if you want to do weight training, check out "The Extreme Ball" from Sissel.
For brands, there's two I'd recommend.
Thera-Band - http://www.thera-band.com/exercise_ball.html
Sissel - http://www.sissel-online.com/ball_main.php
Avoid the cheapies.. you should expect to pay around $30-40, significantly more for a weight training ball though. |
