I know it's early but would anyone be interested in representing the EPC at this event or possibly entering as a team?
This is a "night" show where specialty lighting is a must.

Here are a few details that is not on the website:
- Registration is $45 with a discount of $5 per registration for car clubs or teams on early bird applications only.
- With registration, you receive (2) VIP passes, a lanyard, a license plate frame, and a great goody bag filled with product samples and promo items.
- There is no extra cost to set up a club booth / display.
- Power is not included in the cost of registration. It can be ordered prior to the event for about $70-$120 for a regular outlet. The cost can be split up between the registrants.

For lighting and effects, you don't necessarily need crazy neon lights, multi-media, etc.
I was thinking more on the lines of spot lighting or mood lighting. Any ideas? |

I beleive we register individually but under the club/team name "Edmonton Prelude Club".

Just completed my on-line registration. No sense in waiting since we won't get 6 cars to represent.
Anyone else interested in this show? Lot's of exposure from the sport compact industry, located at a great venue and lots of hot models to wet your appetites... |

DJ Lighting equipment would be cool.
We should brain storm to see what we need and what your friend has. BTW, is your friend in Calgary cause we would need some way for it to be brought to Edmonton. |

Hey guys,
I'm happy to see some activity on the thread for our show... we're always looking to team up with prominent teams in each city (we have a pretty good relationship with the guys in the Vancouver Prelude Club, ironically enough!) and was hoping to maybe meet up with some of the members... I'll be in town on the 9th of April if anyone has any tips as to where I might go to get a feel for the scene (performance shops, audio shops, clubs...) I'd be much obliged...

Just in case anyone has forgetten about this event, it takes place the 2 weekes after VUB Edmonton.
So, if anyone is still interested in displaying your ride & supporting the EPC at this high-profile event, I would suggest you register in the next 2 weeks or else you will be SOL... |

Payment can be made by paypal, credit card or send a cheque via snailmail.
Ah crap, I just realized that applications need to be in 3 weeks prior to event. I'm not sure if they will let us bring in more cars. I'll have to contact Kevin from the SCP crew. |

hmm sounds like a good show to be at.. any idea how many cars are expected in total and is it similar format to VUB? i should have my street glow by then, but i'll be in nelson bc... so will luder i think.. i might be takin my bro's golf so maybe i'll get him to drive my car out there if the epc is short on cars...

| The only people that have registered and made payment is myself and 1_Bar. redmethods has registered but not payed. ManHunter has done neither... 1_Bar maybe unable to attend due to work :( |
