Okay, we should do an official sign-up for this event so we can determine how many people will be actually going.
We will need to make a hotel reservation very soon since there is some annual fair or something going on the same weekend so hotel rooms will become scarce. I was thinking of just getting one, maybe two rooms and everyone can crash there. You can bring a sleeping bag and sleep on the floor if you have to. The object would be to cut down on costs so you have more money for:beer:
Since the event is on a saturday, I'm thinking of heading there early friday afternoon, stay saturday, then head back first thing sunday morning.
