Just curious to see what everyone does to stay in shape.

I kickbox 2-4 times a week, 1.5-3 hours per session.  Awesome cardio workout here.  Tightens up your muscles good too.

I also lift weights twice a week.  Chest and tri's one day, back, bi's, and shoulders the other.  My weight lifting is really half ass.  My back, bi's and shoulder day is really too much in one day for me.  I also don't give myself enough recovery time, cause of the kickboxing.

I don't even do legs because that would really screw my kick boxing up.  Sucks too, cause I've got chicken legs.  <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://asianet.ca/images/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->

day 1: chest, back, shoulders, stomach (9 exercises in total)
day 2: legs, arms (8 exercises in total)

- try to go at least 3 times a week

then i play badminton 2 times a week and have 2 days to rest and slack <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://asianet.ca/images/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

I think clubbing is how most girls get exercise too, that's why when they get older they get bigger too <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://asianet.ca/images/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

I used to go raving a lot, but since I got older, there is a lot to do in Van... I am starting to talk the dogs for walks and with all the hills around the house, it is hard not to get in shape. I also spend a lot of time in the pool, which is great exercise. I am in better shape since I came to Van than I had been in the past while... ^_^

weights
ergometer (rowing machine)

Terry, too bad it is so crappy out today, or else you could use the pool when you guys come over today......
R: I sink too, but I have pool noodles, they make me float! hehe
My buddy is trying to make me work out also.... tricked me into hiking the other day. its all good though, there are enough hills I should get into shape pretty soon.

Hey Terry, u serious?! Omg, IIIII way more than you! :P

Your Ideal weight is 140-145? I didnt think you were THAT much taller than meeee.....how tall are u anyways? I looked up for my height and build and Im like right on the mark! :)

Ahhhh, I dont like lifting weights, like i said, just cuz its too boring....Id rather go blading or play tennis......it may not get u big but its way more fun and you'll get into better shape than lifting weightssss :) Plus, I dont think most girls like that SUPER muscle-y guys u see in magazines and stuff. All the girls I've asked said that was gross.....who knows....(yet when they see someone from a distance that looks big, they're all over that?...LOL)

Terry, I thought u didnt look annorexic or anything or over weight.....your probably at the right weight for your height and build, but u just dont know it?....if anything you might just be SLIGHTLY underweight...5lbs max.

GirlRacer P1
yea, good point Rommel.... remind me not to ask you for help if I am drowning either..... I am not even allowed to go in the pool when nobody is home... Harvey is worried that I'll drown.
Maybe I'll go hiking soon..... hmmmm, on second thought....
