For Sale: Black 1986 Toyota MR2
-5 spd. manual
-166,xxx kms
-full load:
-black leather
-power windows
-power door locks
-power mirrors
-air conditioning
-sunroof
-original Toyota premium sound system w/ tape deck and subwoofer
-aftermarket white 14" alloy wheels
recent maintenance:
-new Toyota clutch, pressure plate, release bearing, 2nd gear synchronizer ring, spark plugs, hood and engine compartment prop rods
-machined flywheel
-Sylvania Cool Blue headlamps (chose these because the light emmitted by them is so much better than stock)
condition:
-very low kms for age of car
-minor rust bubbling on rear drivers side quarter panel
-leather not destroyed, but not in perfect shape
-great clutch obviously
-slight break pulse
-runs and idles great, pulls hard
I travel to the Edmonton area quite often, delivery can be arranged.

I have no problem getting the car inspected here at your cost. There are many reputable shops in town that I could have it done at (and have them forward you the results). I'm sure you'd like to pick where it was done However; I would be able to get a good deal on a VI at the Toyota Dealership. In any case, I believe getting the inspection done at a large dealership is better than at any old Ma&Pop repair shop, as they are less likely to "exaggerate the truth," for whichever reason.
I will be in Edmonton the evening of Friday the 13th (Scary !). I wasn't planning on driving the MR2, but it could be possible pending a booked and paid for appointment at a service shop for Saturday morning, followed by a meeting where you could view the car

also replaced the alternator and battery (all toyota parts) as well as the timing belt, toyota never had one in stock so its just one from Lorco
