I would recommend House of Tools or keep an eye on the Crappy Tire flyers, they tend to have a different set on for 1/2 price every couple weeks.

As well, go to pawn shops. Usually you'll be able to find Canadian Tire/Sears stuff there and since it has a lifetime warranty does it really matter if it's used? |

go for the crappy tire deal of the week...
had mine for a year, its decent stuff, broken a few pieces while abusing them (removing head bolts with a 1/4 drive ratchet...), just go in and get new ones. |
