I was wondering where could I find a clear coat that comes in a spray can? I went to Canadian Tire and Part Source but I didn't know what it was called. I checked in the paint section and the car section but, all I saw was stuff for wood and nothing that said it was just a clear coat. I want something to spray over some fiberglass projects I will be starting soon.

Go look again. Crappy tire has clear coat for sure. Don't look on the regular paint section. Look in the auto paint section.

Carlson's sells it to. Just remember that a spray bomb wont hold up well when submitted to the elements.

It's ok if it's not super high quality, it's for some interior parts anyway.

When I do interior parts I use a acyrlic paint, therefore clear is not required. This is because cyrl is a single stage paint and the clear is built into it, unlike basecoat which is a two stage and reqiures clear. But dont get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with using clear on cyrl, it just requires more time and money.
