I'm trying to install my seatbelts with my new sparco seats and I need to have some 90° brackets made to do it "the right way".
Is someone willing to do this for a couple beers or should I go to a shop to have them made? It just needs to be a 3" X 3" flat piece of strong metal bent 90° 1" in from one side.
Thanks guys,
Justin |

You could take some 2"x1/4" angle iron and cut one side down to the 1" height you need.
Go to Metal Supermarket, they'll probably want like $2 for 6" of 2"x1/4" angle iron. And I bet they would cut it down for you as well. They always offer to cut material when I'm there.
Angle iron will be much stonger than a bent piece of steel also. |
