I believe there was a big SARS scare in Japan, maybe a few cases but nothing like China/Hong Kong (maybe not even as bad as TO?) |

it seemed to be the "asian bird flu" and "sars is coming from asia" but as far as I know it was specifically china.

I believe the USA had their own case of "Asian" bird flu...but of course it's still called "Asian" bird flu...not "American" bird flu
Might as well rename SARS to AARS (Asian Acute Respiratory Syndrome)...since it would've came out of some American's "aars" anyways :p |

SARS hit China, but not Japan. (There were several possible patients detected at the custom in the airport and harbour.)
