Weird, thats exactly what I thought, Resident Evil. I like the part with the media talking about the zombies, thats probably what peaked my interest. |

| I just saw it. let's just say, neither my bf nor i could eat our popcorn during the movie. we left, quiet, not talking in the car, and a slight churning feeling in our stomachs. good for gore and thriller fans. all horror has a bit of plot weaknesses, but for scare value, it's decent. |

I saw a late screening on Friday when it came out. Great movie, does justice to the original. The twist at the end was not altogether unexpected, but was still satisfying.
I disliked the original Resident Evil, I thought it could have used a greater 'survival horror' element - it was more like an action movie, IMO. I have high expectations for Resident Evil: Apocalypse,...:fingersx:
Can you tell I'm a big fan of zombie movies?:)

| just seen it last night (along with the meteor on the way to the theatre) and that movie was the shit! best movie i've seen in a while, even had some good comic relief, which was pretty funny at times,i give it a 4/5 |

I was really impressed!! It was a great remake of the original.
BTW did anyone catch the cameo of Tom Savini? He did all the gore special effects in the original. He also plays the part of Sex Machine in From Dusk Till Dawn.
