scalping is illegal, so you cannot conduct it over the boards.
When selling tickets over the boards, sell at face value or less.

| Im not scalping I was telling him what the face value was which was 200 and i said now scalpers are selling for more I do not know what tickets are worth it all depends on what a person wants to pay. If scalping is so illegal then why can they do it at Oilers games, and the Eskimos games???? |

| what they do as make hyou pay for a pin or osmething so anything over face value is th eprice of a pin or something cheap, thats why in papers youll see britneys spears t-shirt and tickets ro something fo rlike 750 |
