COD

other wise you just gotta trust them, pay with a credit card if you can (ie paypal) so you can cancel the charge if you have to.

how does pal pal work?
i heard that COD is when they send it and when u recive it you pay for it at your door then the courier company cuts the seller a check right? how do i set up a COD?

COD=Cash On Delivery

the shipper "sets it up"
then when it gets to you, look it over, and then you pay the courier, and then the shipper gets paid.
there is usually a fee to do this, and keep in mind coming from the states there are duty and other charges as well.

as for paypal, go to www.x.com and sign up. its simple to use and there FAQ will answer your question better then I can.

1) ALWAYS check their references.

i.e. their history on the forums/feedback etc.

2) Use Paypal/Credit Card/leave a paper trail.

3) Prepare to get ripped off occasionally.

4) Get somebody in the town (if you know somebody there) to do the transaction for you.

5) Ship COD (you can NOT open the package to inspect) in MOST cases.

6) See #3

7) If it is too good to be true, it probably is not true.

8) There are GREAT deals out there contrary to #7, but this isn't the case most of the time.

9) See #1

10) Buyer beware.

I buy 99% of my stuff on the internet/used/off forums such as this. Have not been ripped off yet........

Almost did a few weeks ago, but threatened action to recover my $$$ and the guy came through.

I personally like to get a phone number and talk to them on the phone to verify how I want things shipped, terms of the deal.

To at least make sure there is a person with a number that you can contact if emails suddenly stop being answered.

Watch how you send $$$. A money order is like $$$, no way to get it back once it is gone. Wiring $$ with Western Union is the same deal. Once they get it, there is no way to get it back. I prefer ways that will allow me to get my $$$ back.

eBay is nice.

I don't think most shipping companies do COD between US and Canada. It must be within the same country.

jsut suck it up and buy it. its really not as big a deal as you make it out ot be.

them are the VERY light wheels and tires at one 20 each.

I'd say at least 30 lbs each.

UPS is about 30 bucks CDN each wheel seperate.

if you want to use freight (no COD) it could be less, or more, depends on what else is in the truck and what kinda of trailer it is.
