well looking to see how many ppl want to head for cruise to calgary on may 14
we will gather at the gateway information park. (the one on hwy 2 with the big oil derrick)
time of departure are not confirmed..we still have to work friday morning..so it between 4-6pm
so if wanna join in post up..and what time are you heading to calgary |

BTW, does anyone know what time roll-in is? Is it Friday night or Saturday morning? |

I'm going to head down there sometime around 10am.
That should give me plenty of time to get down there, wash my car and head over to the olympic oval for the afternoon roll-in.

Hey, I would love nothing more than to cruise down with a bunch of peeps from Edmonton. However, people to seem have different times that they can go, or they got to work, blah blah blah.

Well I'm assuming that most people will be driving down after work so we will stick with a later departure time. I think that 6pm should be good? If people are able to make it earlier just let us know and we could possibly make it earlier than that.

I'm most likely not going to know whether I'll be going Friday or Saturday until tomorrow. So if I'm there tomorrow night, well you'll know that it wasn't Saturday.
The meeting place will be Gateway information park just south of the city on Hwy. 2 whether you're leaving Friday evening or Saturday morning.
