I was diggin through some old boxes of mine and I found this, I wonder if its worth anything =/

I dont even remeber where I got it, maybe out of an issue of MAD?

MAD is an american magazine.... i doubt it.

I googled it, but i can't seem too find any info on it... is it printed on fabric paper (like real currancy) or just regular paper?
