| Not to be a jerk (because I feel bad about what happened), but I saw a silver M3 smashed on the news a few weeks ago. It looked like the damage was so severe, that it would have been written off. Does anyone know where it would go - Police garage, insurance garage, wrecker???? Thanks. |

| It would most likely end up at some wrecker, who would then sell it for parts. Unless the original owner buys it from the insurance company and keeps it for himself. There was also a guy out on a acerage who sells BMW parts, and has a bunch of them there for parts, he usually has older stuff though. |
