how would u guys recommend i go about doing this.
i was thinking getting the undercarriage sprayed with a truck bedliner.
any other ideas?
what parts would u rust proof? |

| Just pressure wash the underbody on a hoist or lift, let it dry (I reccomend doing this on the really hot days) then buy whatever rubberized not asphalt based under coat that you want and brush it on. I found that the spray stuff doesnt go on thick enough and if you brush it on it sticks alot better. |

| Undercoat is a very iffy thing. I know a few painters who would not recommend it to anyone that doesn't plan on re applying on a regular basis. Reason being, if part of the undercoating chips off, the dirt will more then likely stick to that area rusting the hell out of the car. Weren't 300zx's undercoated at some point? If so, we all know those older ones LOVE to rust. |
