On another note, illegal drags suck man, the cops know where it is done, they aren't stupid...
I don't feel sorry for people who get their cars taken AS LONG as they are the ones racing...Honestly I think the spectator's cars should be left alone...just give em a good ticket.
I have been noticing more of a trend towards the legitimate racing/events, I think that is a step in the right direction. :bthumbup:
I also think that the city should close streets at night for racing for that "authentic street racing" feel, you know, let the city host some drag racing events and make some money off it while they are at it. :beer: :lol: |

all the media is is a thouroughfare (yay for spelling) for governement corruption and manipulation of the populous.
Can't beleive anything on the news.
My favortites are the sob stories from other areas of the world, you know the ones I am talking about...the ones where they try to make you feel like this is actually a good country and that we are being treated fairly :lol:
Like yesterday morning, they were showing "gas prices" in the USA at $3.11/gallon (~87 cents per litre) when in reality the average gas price in the states is $2.11/gallon (~56 cents per litre)...

I think you are going a little overboard. The media also plays a large part as a watchdog over the government. The media isnt run by the government in Canada and I really do think they have a major influence on what is or isn't reported, compared to other parts of the world. Banning the media would be a horrible idea, unless you like censorship..... |
