13b engine Needed! - Click HERE for Original Thread

Does Anyone have a used 13b that is still in good shape mine is fucked i dont know what is wrong with it if anything but i cant get it working right in my car it is a 13b from a 85 rx7 and mine is a 87 i dont know what else to do but to try to find another engine the rebuilt 13b i got in my 87 has 40 000 km's on it and i dont know if its not quite compadable with my car or not cause the 85 rx7 did not have secondary fuel injectors when the 87 does or maybe the 85 only has a 4 port intake so if any one has a 13 b from a 86 - 88 that they can part with get at me!! I would buy a rebuilt from Conroy But My Money resourses are low and i just cant afford 1850 right now and i would hate to see my rx7 go to waste. Ill pay up to 600 and give my engine in exchange.

humm im proberly droping a turbo 2 engine in my car but not for a month or so

How many km's do u have on it?

it's gonna be tough to get a running engine for $600 unless it has 200,000 kms on it. You might want to start saving.

Im sayin and the engine i have and the 600$ too!! It is running it has 40K.. just i thought something was wrong cause every other rx7 on the road was blowin the doors off my car but i talked to a guy and he was sayin its the difference in power and torque between a 85 and a 87 engine cause the 85 was a much lighter car and he said i may be having problems because of the vaccuum leak being created from not having a EGR valve with the 85 in my car!
