Ebay Auction

Check this out.... amazing machine, although a bit pricey! Totally worth it to a collector though!

Flex
now if its 8 yrs old and only has 46 miles on it........wouldnt their be problems from it just sitting????

DeathBy240
Does making a 26th Anniversary edition of a car seem weird to anyone else? I mean 25 makes sense, but 26? Nice car though! I wonder how many different people have sat in it sitting in the showroom for 9 years.

98 teg
it still is an amazing machine, replace some seals and away you go,

for what htey want you can replace damn near the whole car on any cheap one you can find.

it boils down to what you deema fair price for the car, I was watching barret jackson and the 70 chevelle can bring in 100000 for the covertible, I could not care for it but hey some people love the looks of the car

2003specv
Man, it's a 96 with no CD player and a 80s shit brown interior? WTF?

Xpnsve
wow

Awsome car!

Insomniac
that interior is aweful. the owner will lose a bunch of money on that. now if it was a Supra, it'd probably fetch over sticker.

WookeysRX7
The car itself is very nice looking and is probably fast. But, for one as mentioned above, its got a fugly interior and two, I never knew those things weighed 4015LBS! DAMN THATS A FREAKIN TANK!

Still a nice car none the less!

96 is the last year that the Z32 was seen in the USA. So this is why it's a unique car and will most likely fetch what the owner is asking for it. A true Z enthusiast will realize the value in this car, but I'm sure most wouldn't use it as a daily driver w/ that few KM on it.

I wonder if it still has warranty on it?

Mustard
is that one of those z's with the rear wheel steering?
i remember that was a big feature nearing the end of it's life in NA.

98 teg
actually to waranty on the car still a nice ride

The only reason I could see buying this car would be to stick it away on blocks in heated storage and wait for it to make me money. Anyone that would pay this insane price for this Z and drive it has lost their marbles.

You might have to repair a few things, but provided the guy started it up at least once every couple months and let it run for a while, you should be ok for the most-part.

JeffZ28
why would you buy a car as an investment? even a crappy ass bond would make more then a car over 10 years.

A car is a POOR investment.

if you want a car, buy it, and drive it. But I do like buying the cars where the owner saved it for the next guy.
I will not be doing the same, I'm going to get my enjoyment out of it.

Insomniac
If you want to see how that car fares as an investment, see what it sells for relative to the sticker price. Don't forget to add 10 to 15% for inflation.

Now there is an investment. Buy gas 8 years ago and sell it now....$$$. If he as a full tank of gas he should be able to make back the depritiation of the car.

REFLUX
beautiful car
a true Z fan will appreciate it for its stock beauty.

4G63PWR
Damn, the engine isn't even broken in yet.

sidewinder
The American vintage car market is driven by guys in their 40s and up who long for the cars they thought were cool as a kid. Now when we get to be in our 40s and 50s and the world is running hybrid/fuel cell/whatever cars don't you think we'd pay big dollars for the vintage cars we thought were cool as a kid?
When I'm 40+ and if I could afford it, I wouldn't mind dropping some coin on a vintage pheonix yellow type R, or a mint condition 96 Z :)
