There are some other pics of my car in there too, and not too many of the Boxsters and 996s. :p

Some pretty nice cars were there.Your car looks awesome in person Justin.I was expecting more cars to show up but still a decent turn out non the less.By the way do you know who won the peoples choice award?

JustinL
Thanks Z32! I actually don't even know how my car finished in its class yet. I think it did fairly well, I was against the 928 and the other 944. So the worst I could have done was 3rd ;)

Did you stop by our show at all?

nissanz32

Nice pics Justin....

I have never seen your interior that clean!!!! :D At least some good came out of this exercise.....

Would of liked to have been there but was out of town.

That 928 next to you...... I want his rims. :(

I havent seen that 968 around?? was it local ?

and Is that slant nose all show and no go? Whats under that big ass tail....

P.S DId your suspension settle down?

JustinL
Yeah, putting that carpet in the back really makes it look much better. I didn't even see the owner of the 928, but some of those Boxster and 911 guys are pretty cool. I was definetly the youngest owner there, but everyone seemed friendly and interested in shootin the sh!t about cars.

The 968 is local... and those Gemballa avalanches were originally 930s that were tuned. I think they should be able to back up those flamboyant looks with something. One had a PS2 installed in it, a little to krauty for me, but his son seemed to like the TVs.

Suspension has settled but is still a little bit off, and that goddamn crappy CBV needs to be replaced now. I'm wondering how much it has been contributing to my trailing off boost.

I have seen gemballa 930's but never with such wild paint schemes........

Was it a chameleon paint? or just a two tone fading from front to back?

The reason I ask if it was all show is that I knew a guy who built one like that in the 80's from a late 60's 912E platform.

They look identical except it was a solid red.... and no PS2 LOLOL....

P.S I am going to be buying a new CBV....so if you decide on buying a fancy schmancy one ... we can buy one together. I am assuming you did the old 'sucking' test on yours....
