umm if the you mean the private property on the old military base then umm it's ummm not umm private ummm property ummm anymore ummm...it belongs to the city now......just an FYI.
also you have to have permission from the owner of private property to be on private property.....sorry to burst your bubble!!

| It is still private property (a company bought out that entire place), we talked to the security guard the other day and he said it was fine for us to be there but just had to inform us that it is PRIVATE PROPERTY. :) |

well it is city owned and still a place the public can access so it is still considered a "highway". I would also be careful of what a security guard has to say about that....he may not have the authority to give such permission.
