| I'll representin with ya'll, im getting my truck bagged before street wheelers and plan on getting some new rims as well and doing something with the interior and a bunch of other crap. U should all meet up in one place and catch some attention at a parking lot where you can see all the action. Peace |

It's not a truck but an SUV, Isuzu Trooper, I wanted something different that no one else has so thats why I'm doing it up rather then buying something more common :D It's in the shop because this assclown in front of me rear ended the car in front of her and I slid into the back of her (so yes my fault, but shit happens, come on 20" wheels are hard to stop haha). Looking at it you wouldn;t think there is that much damage but parts for my car are redicolously expensive cause no one stocks them so over $6g in damages (yes my car was the only one with major damages, due to the fucking spare tire on the back of the CRV I hit) and I figured I'd get the whole thing repainted while insurance pays for some of the paint anyway saving me a few grand. So that's why it's in the shop now lol.
What do you have done to your S-10, funkadelic? I always liked those trucks, a buddy of mine is running an '89 s-10 with a 383 stroker and tons of other goodies, damn fast :D |

| That sucks you wont have you skyline in, It would have been a show stopper to see one. Anyways, yeah i've always liked to work with s10s, because you can do so many different things to them and their pretty simple and cheap for parts. So far mine has been dropped, it got painted last august, its riding 16s on low pros, but I want to get 17s or 18s for it soon, Im actually taking it to get bagged,.. the engine is just a stock v6 but i want to get a 4.3 v6 turbo or a 350 for it. Other than that it has a bunch of small mods, the interior was painted from red to black, changed the steering wheels, its got subs,newer style front end (91-93) roll pan, replaced the split window with the solid and got it tinted, its got euros, clear corners and bumper lens, changed the bench to the blazer buckets, its got daul exhaust, and a bunch of other crap that Im too tired to think of right now, but im sure you've seen it around, its blue. That sucks ass about your isuzu there.. i had a friend that had one back in the day but it was a piece, never seen a fixed up one but i think that'd be kinda funky, ill have to check urs out sometime. | Yeah Dax I won;t be able to enter Troopy either, still got a week or two to go on the paint job :( (The paint is sooooo tight though, I have a huge chunk of door skin painted and clearcoated here, Cadillac Escalade Blue brightened up a bit and more silver flake added :D ) |

Here you go Dax:
First, the Trooper in its current state, almost all the body work is done, just getting a few small rust spots ground off, and the antenna shaved (I broke the antenna so there is just a hole there right now lol). Notice all the work done on the back door, this is due to some asshole in a parking lot backing their huge ass pickup truck into the spare tire on the back of my car, creating a huge dent and pushing the spare tire holder into the door, been there for a while but not really noticable, nice to have it fixed though. She should start getting sanded and primered tommorow and in the booth this Fri. or Sat.
And the paint samples: There are two seperate samples on the door skin, a lighter one and a darker one, I am going with the lighter one, the pictures absolutely do not do the paint justice, plus the sample is dirty and my camera ate shit when I dropped it on the ground so it has problems focusing, but you get the idea. The paint is a custom mix, based on Esacalde Blue it has been brightened up with some silver and other colours and has had some more silver flake added to it. It kinda looks teal in one of the pictures but that is jsut the picture it is a deep blue when seen with the naked eye. Again the pictures do not come close to doing the paint justice :D

Just an update on the Trooper, this pic is from Wed. going in again to see it today, better have that damn thing started to be primered! Shitty pic I know but best one I could get without going in and I didn't feel like going in. I really have no clue what the hell all that bodywork on the side is for but whatever, ahhh shaved antenna on the front quarter panel. You can see the new exhaust in this pic just befroe the rear wheel, same thing on the otherside, just need to get those pipes chromed now :D And of course representing with the Instinct decal haha. Dax when you come back in to town you wanna cut the instinct banner for me and those blackjack hands, in white if you can.

Precisely. 2 of the blackjack things, and I think we said 50" for the banner (just put the new windshield on too), a deep but bright blue and white for the banner would be best, but I leave that enitrely up to you.
And car should be ready on Fri, got pushed back a few days, and I fully expect it to get pushed back a few more days, the body is just pristine now though, damn pimp. |

Troopy is still in the shop, damn well better be out this week, last time I saw it was on Wed. and most of it was stripped right down to bare metal, and there were 3 guys working on it, got them going a bit faster after I expressed my extreme displeasure with the amount of time it's taking :D |
