| you could survive that, prolly with some burns cause of what hit him, but yeah it would be a close call, either way that sucks . However rarely a lesson learnt, i was almost hit by someone runnin a red today, the stupid thing is, after he runs the red he slows down and does 40km in a 50 zone uggh drivers |

Neither of the female drivers of the vehicles involved were carrying passengers. The woman driving the Subaru was transported to Miami Valley Hospital. Information on the condition of the driver of the PT Cruiser was not available. Hurley said police talked to eight witnesses. He also said it is possible a camera mounted high above the intersection captured the crash.
Dayton police reconstructionists, trained at putting clues together after crashes, were on the scene with digital cameras and measuring devices. The flipped Subaru showed noticeable crash damage on the left body panel. Ten yards away, the customized P.T. Cruiser with a "AAA" sticker on the back of its tinted windows showed damage to its front end.

| If the PT cruiser ran the red, then the guy was walking in the intersection when he shouldn't have been. Look at where the Forester was heading before it got hit. May have hit him anyway, but was IMO was in the left lane before impact. |

woman drivers...no survivors, cept in this case.
i saw that vid yesterday, scary stuff, i dont think the subaru driver saw him anyways, the car seemed to me to be moving pretty damn fast, and could easily have been in the right hand lane, and in that case would have hit the guy anyways.
three people screwed up bad on that one, and the pedestrian is one lucky son of a bitch. |

Ya thats a little weird, i thought for sure the SUV was the one who ran the red because of the guy crossing too.
