I have for sale a 1985 mr2..I am not in town to sell it personally
1985 Toyota Mr2
-approx 250k km
-well maintained 3rd owner of vehicle
-stock (except aftermarket rims)
-there is rust but it does not take away from the look of the car
-mechanically sound, should pass safety, good glass, brakes, drives straight, no funny sounds, good shocks
-5 spd
- comes with 2 sets of wheels: bbs 5 spoke with 2 newer 195/50/15 and old 205/50/15...stock triangle wheels have good rubber all around...2 tires were changed recently and have approx 75% tread.
-fairly clean interior, not missing anything, no cracks in dash
-shifts very nicely, pulls hard, still gets good gas mileage.
-NO fifth gear pop out
-small hole in exhaust ( U-pipe before the muffler)..muffler tape from cnd tire would fix this
-does not leak ..barely burns anything..slight amount of oil maybe but nothing major.
I'm looking for a a quick sale, this is not going in the bargain finder or anything as of now..I'm going to ask a friend to exchange the car keys and a bill of sale for $1300. No tire kickers. Serious inquiries only. Its a good fun car to own and several people on the boards have seen it and could probably vouch for it and myself.
