How are the rides? - Click HERE for Original Thread

SLVRBLU
Hey Everyone,

Well, its just over half way through the summer, and I was just wondering how all of your rides are coming along? I know some of you had big, and small plans for your cars this summer, so hows it goin?

As for my car it is still in Calgary sitting in my alley. I need to find a way to get it down here so that I can open er up and see whats going on with my engine (blown headgasket, hopefully not more)...So my car is kinda out of the game for the time being!

When it gets going again, I am still going to get my body and and intercool the bitch. Hmm, seats, and a new deck are the other things that I hope to have done by the end of summer, oh, and a new suspension setup as well (hopefully bagz)...

Agent_Oorange
Well you know how my truck is doing, stopped by today and looked in the body shop side of the shop and it wasn't in there so it has gone to get primed :D Not sure what else I'm going to do with it this summer besides the inetrior that's a given, maybe spinners. And then next summmer either new engine or I'll buy a tight seadoo and trailer, both paint matched to the truck, that and the enginge if I feel inclined.

Daxman next time you are in town and I have the Trooper give me a call and we can tow your car somewhere, hell if you wanna tear that beast apart I'm game for helping you out too I should be in town this weekend and for the morning/afternoon of Sat. the weekend after. I know what its' like to have your car outta commission for a while, sucks big time :(

SLVRBLU
ya it sucks bro, but hey i will be in cgy this weekend...for a birthday party....the only place i need to get towed is back here, but towing it would be way to expensive from any company

djnoesis
well im doing some body work but not alot im thinkin im gonna prime my car down and then repaint silver with rainbow flake in it or else some kinda metalic color

im currently saving my money to get a few parts and just get it up and running
then im gonna start saving like made for my new found secret for my car

hey dax if u can find someone with a van or a truck u could always ask to borow it and rent a toe boot it would be alot cheaper then a tow

CanadianSkyline
