we are hopingto met up at 11 setup and then by 12 get bbq going and have good time close it off at 4:30 and have what ever donated prizes awarded out.
keep in mind guys we are trying for a show and shine and not a genreal meet so if gys can make it for alotted time tehn it will make it more fun with the setup.
how did the show and shine go last year or years prior to that |

guys we are not loking for cars that are show stoppers we are looking for rx7 any sort of build stage
we want to have big rx7 gathering of edmonton and area
if you guys check out the old cars taht meet up on mainstreet few look nice and complete othere are eith stock or in some stage of repair/restoration
bottom line; is flyers go out/ public show up and see like 5 cars.. the club name is disgarced taht the 69 ppl listed under member s could not even show up to support their own thing.
expected cars to show up 20-25(u might say taht is bit high, but we have 69 members)
the BBq will help us recoup some of our cost of running events this year and will put some money in for more events.
so if u guys want it sure no problem we got the place we got the time..but if you all are to busy or have prior engangements well taht is our luck.. but i need to know..so i can proceed with either sending out flyers or not
kinda needed to know last week but by this weekend i would liek to have a sort of ball park as to which side of the fench i am gonn get pushed into..the event happens on AUGUST 22 SUNDAY NEXT weekend
the flyer need to go out by the end of sunday this sunday
ok i had thomas asking about the flyer but i haen't heard back as to what he is doing
i am still looking for someone, any one to bring up BBQ
and i am looking at all rotary drivers to attend or participate

Well IC that you guys are havin a little set up here so I was wounderin if it be alright if I can show up and take some video and a few pic's to add to my collection.
All I know is the 22 of aug...but were is this going to happen exactly?
I really just need some more stuff for my summer in review which i will do up in october/november and I am trying to get bit's of every car club on these fourms that I can. :beer: |

Sorry, looks like I dropped the ball on this one. I wasn't sure that was the poster I was supposed to print, the one that is on the forum thread, I was expecting some file to be sent to me.
Should I still see If I can get some printed up? I should be able to get them in by 6pm Tuesday. |
