Well Rotary engine drivers
the Show and shine is a Go
I talked with new GM of PArk Mazda (Wes)
Park Mazda will open up the service area of the lot for setting up the car show.. The will provide us with awards (two top cars) and other prizes
The will bring out the yellow RX8 and some ballons and decorations.
Setup time is 11:00am i would like to have the show going for 12:00 ppl can fill ballots for which car they think should win top prize.
Still awaiting someone to bring out a BBQ.
Also need someone to make three signs
Concession (one sign) (can be made on poster board)
Pop 1.00
Hot dog 1.50
Hamburger 2.00
hambrger w/cheese 2.50
need two stake signed (pointing to RX car show to be placed on road for showing turning)
so if i could get someone to volunteer their time for making signs.
and lastly cars that are coming i told WES we will bring about 20 cars i realize some of u have other schedules but try to come out ASAP i would like to see at least 10 cars by 11:00
i need ppl to deliver flyers so can i have some one voluteer for that to drive around and distribute them.
so can i please get some voluteers to help with this setup |

honestly,, i am must say i was impressed with the expected turnout, i wanted 20 cars expected 5-6 cars i was happily rewarded with 12 cars all from with in the club, it attracted two new members.. so all in all it was fun time to be had.
On the update has to who cleaned the house with the awards ,,,
(drummm roolllll)
the covertibles took the first and second place award.
(aaaaaaahhhhhhh wooooooaaaaaahhhh everyone lil suprised)
well i will tell u how it was picked it was picked by lil kid in the true spirt of the lil kid the car he chose to be his fav was right next to crazyrx7's so jack u should have came you might have won
well guys i wills ee you all at the next meeting as we try to take the scc team trophy again this year maybe some other prizes as well |
