morpheus kicks ass, it searches the edonkey, morpheus and guntella networks and it's fast, no bunk files like kazaa really,
only downside is you have to install the adware, or pay $20 for the add-free version |

ok, so say I want some random file like "Nirvana - Blew" how would I find it?
what the heck is a .torrent file? |

a torrent file contains the files you need to download, the tracker, and checksums..
basically your computer contacts the tracker looking for a specific hash, and it directs you to the hosts that have it..
I use torrentstorm myself.. it keeps everything in one window.. azuerus uses java, and works pretty well too..
check suprnova.org, use the search function or, go to the "music" listing.. all the torrents are listed there.
you will want to use torrents that have atleast one "seed".. DL's stands for how many current people are dling the file..
