good folks at P.E helped me out. result? 87.7hp and 101ft/lbs at the wheels. not bad in my eyes as its a stock motor except for short ram and exhaust. plus 404xxx km's lol. tourque comes in at 2500rpm too. post graph once its scanned.

Nice, how much did they charge u for that?

im a little confused, the SI's came stock with 110, base with 100, so is that 110 WHP or what?

We have the same motor.I think you have the a20a3?I do.I got mine dynoed at apex and hit 172-174whp and 151-154tq.Of course it is not stock. But just thought that I would share what these things are capable of.My goal for next summer is 350whp.

factory rates horsepower and tourque at the flywheel and in a typical honda you can expect 20% loss through the drivetrain.
so 101 wheel tourque is a really good amount. from the 114 rated.
dyno baseline run costs you 50 bucks plus tax, with a max of 3 runs for consistancy. plus dealing with the guys with p.e is great.

i did the run after i mounted my short ram intake.

That's what I was thinking, but I didn't want to be a shit disturber.

But since you threw it out, how do you (se-i) plan on doing that? That's a mighty big claim.

Ok, but 174 WHP to 350 WHP is a huge jump.

I'm not doubting him, I'd just like to know the path he's taking.

Lots of time and money. We are doing a full motor build over winter. And lots of boost.Right now I do not even have a intercooler and stock motor with low boost. But my setup was kinda just put together to get started.

There is a few quick 3rd gen accords out there. The fastest so far is a 10.5.I by all means am not trying to go that fast.I just want a 12 second sleeper. And I'm sure that you will agree a 89 accord sedan is a sleeper.Adam at apex is a big help in all my work.I'm sure we will get it done by the time the track opens up next summer.:fingersx:
